[TYPO3-dev] Backend User on a different PID

Hi,

btw - i worked on a site with more than 1000 BE_USERS (university site). 
There some structure would be good, as the list module isn't the best 
for handling. organizing these users was only possible using an 
extension, also for other reasons: "User Admin" module takes > 1 min to 
load :D
