[TYPO3-dev] AGAIN: realurl 1.9.1

Hey Dmitry,
again a realurl problem arised.
On a fresh installation I installed realurl does not work:
File "die-praxis.html" was not found (1)!

Info Module show: id-to-path-mapping is filled
Decode Cache always empty,
Encode cache filled

Configuration: realurl autoconfig besides: defaultToHTMLSuffix=1

Tested with decode cache enabled and disabled.

Downgrade to 1.8.1 --> everything worked like a charme.

Root-Page-Flag set, Domain-Record existent, Rootpage_id correct set.
