I don't want to be rude but IMHO it makes no sense... if you can spend 
some time to writing string index + sorting value it's better and easier 
to... write just a comment

some = COA
some {
     // 10 is for some menu
   10 = HMENU
     // 20 is for some news list
   20 < lib.newslist
}

etc... there's no reason for inventing new wheel I think :)
