[TYPO3-dev] Extension rules

i dont have a prob with the paypal stuff, its really more the
placement (between the entry fields...), and the two large banners
besides the paypal stuff...

i concur the info about the ext changing... it might be opensource,
but you dont touch 3rd party ones in use... except for hooks, cause
everything else would destroy the upgrade process...
