Yes i read this RFC. But until mentioning it in this thread I liked to 
approve it.
If this is related, the sql-import of 4.2.6 installation must contain 
the entries with these permissions, while they are not included anymore 
in the sql-import of 4.3 installers. Since this is quite easy to check I 
  waited with this post...

But, i will furthermore test the patch to the rfc since just adding 
"sql-options" is dirty ...
