[TYPO3-dev] Strange behaviour with 4.3

Hey folks,
please could anybody check following problem:

copying dummy 4.2.6 to new folder, linking sources of 4.3 alpha2 or 
trunk and with that installing new instance in blank database, filelist 
is not working at all!
Errors in all operations like create file/folder/edit file/upload.
Filesystem rights are set correctly and shown correctly in filelist.

Installing blank 4.2.6 the same way and afterwards directly upgrading to 
4.3 (before doing anything in be as of one singe login) makes the 
filelist work...

Tested on 2 different (linux) servers. Can anybody confirm this 
behavoiur? Does anybody know where this might come from?
