[TYPO3-dev] IMAGE doesn't write gif

Hi Steffen,

we had a similar problem with one of our websites, our problem was that 
the diskspace limit was exceeded so T3 could only write 0kb images and 
files (including temp_cached file). Maybe you should check your disk 
usage too.
