[TYPO3-dev] Empty line at beginning of frontend output = validator fails

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to ask, if someone could confirm sth. I've noticed using
the current trunk. My config is:

- One main template with css styled content included
- The whole TS setup is:
  config.doctype = xhtml_trans
  page = PAGE
  page < styles.content.get

When trying to validate a page I get an error because the xml
declaration is not the first line but the second (the first one is empty).

Can anybody confirm this behavior or has a workaround / explanation for it?
