[TYPO3-dev] Change in BE context menus?

This is what I pointed out to the editor who reported it to me.
However, I tried an old (4.2.3) install and found it to be true that
the behaviour was different in the older version. On top of that, he
was right about "Edit"page properties" now being redundant.
