Without thinking through any technical considerations yet, sounds like a 
great idea :)  I'm sure any hosting provider focused on TYPO3 would 
welcome it.

There might also be some tie-in with the caching work that Dmitry, Ingo, 
and Olly did as part of Hacktontest.
