[TYPO3-dev] UTF-8 and listing

Hi

At least wt_directory has problem with UTF-8 and listing.
OrderBy doesn't list normally because if the first char is
Å and Ö are is listed among
A because in UTF-8
they start with
Ã...

When listing looks like this
Aalberg
Åberg
Öberg
Somebody
Somebody

should get
Aalberg
Somebody
Somebody
Åberg
Öberg

Only way is to change the collation on the fly with the select. It's not
easy, make a search for it, i solved that this way long time ago, but
doesn't find it right now.

Do somebody else know solution
