No hints for end users, especially not some that may reveal
configuration details.

Interesting idea. Other situations where a more detailed error output is
 warranted if the request came from a certain IP range. Like with
editors/admins, we could have a standard and a developer range.

Admins and developers would get more info than the normal users.
