[TYPO3-dev] Is there is a bug in cropscaling of gifbuilder?

Hi Christian,

i can't confirm this bug yet, but i know that there are bugs in crop 
scaling.

Check out:
10 = IMAGE
10.file = fileadmin/test.jpg
10.file.width = 100c
10.file.height = 100c-50

result: cropped image 100x100

Now try same with a gif-file

result: original picture not cropped

I digged into long time ago and unfortunally have too less time atm to 
dig in that, hope that you can do :-)

Problem: results differ when using different IM-versions or GM, so it's 
not easy to test all cases.
