[TYPO3-dev] The requested page was not accessible!

Hi,

i'm bit confused about the proper configuration for this error when 
calling access restricted pages.

I set following:
config.typolinkLinkAccessRestrictedPages = 1
but it doesn't work, i get error mentioned in this title.

Also I want redirect to PID 1 by calling such page direct with the URL.

What is the proper configuration for this?
