[TYPO3-dev] Extensions need update for 4.3!

i know that this is annoying for users. But "a lot" extensions use 
sloppy code, which isn't good anyway. If there is a security issue, fix 
is needed urgently and immediately.

Because the release of 4.3 is not tomorrow, i use the opportunity to 
inform the authors now so they are not under pressure, but they should 
fix it.

Every extension author has a responsibility to deliver secure and 
working code, and they should be available, otherwise they should give 
the key to someone else (btw - the rules has been set now, look at [1])

For all errors i see with extension i inform the author, anyone using 
trunk should do the same, so it won't be panic after release.

btw - with upgrade of php to version 5 we had the same, many extensions 
had to be fixed for.
