that sounds good as a general direction for the solution of my problem.

no, not really.
but i am also thinking of away how i could make life of editors easier:
for example if the pic-form would contain a field where they can choose
between predefined classes including no class at all.
besides let's say "pic dimensions", "width" and "height".
i guess for a TS crack it would not be any problem, but i am just not
(yet?) exact what you would call an expert.
so my question would be: is there any hint of integrating such a CSS class
field in the future in the pic-form?

so do i. especially for padding, margin and borders.
but regarding width in an FCE % is vital - in my opinion...
