[TYPO3-dev] License of t3editor in Typo3 4.2

Hi there,

last weekend i tried to package typo3 4.2 for debian and stumbled over
the license of t3editor. There are two licenses in the LICENCE file...
So what is the exact license of t3editor?
And what is the second license for?
