[TYPO3-dev] config.baseURL and section links: page needs to be reloaded because of hardcoded base element?

Hey Uschi

The baseurl is also not perfect in my eyes under several circumstances. 
Instead of building the links like "page/subpage.html"
It would be nice to have a option to create absolute links: 
"/page/subpage.html"
this works if your TYPO3 Installation is not in a subdirectory of your 
domain.

(Technically: By now you can achieve this by parsing the page before 
output with the help of a HOOK)
