[TYPO3-dev] config.baseURL and section links: page needs to be reloaded because of hardcoded base element?

Yes and no. Some how those nice url extensions have to figure out the 
complete url. If we did not have base href and the complete path in the 
links they would have to do it by figuring out the relative path. So why 
this way round and not the other? Just out of interest.
