[TYPO3-dev] config.baseURL and section links: page needs to be reloaded because of hardcoded base element?

Please think about how the way URLs within an HTML are handled. Then 
consider how standard TYPO3 URLs differ from the ones that Real URL 
generates.

I'm sure you can figure out the answer yourself.
