Right, but still TYPO3 4.1.x is out which officialy supports Mysql 4.0. So 
it should be fixed (easy enough).

I'm repeating myself (again), I'm all for a minimum of Mysql 4.1 for TYPO3 
4.2. Even if we're not changing anything in the code it should be in the 
announcement for the upcoming beta.
