[TYPO3-dev] Duplicate entry on cache_pagesection on reloading twice

We report a bug http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=7591. It's similar to
previously bug http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=4581 but with a better
solution.

Previous solution only reduce the risk of bug happens,
but our patch solve the problem.

Please, take a look on it.
