[TYPO3-dev] TYPO3 4.2: Missing fields author and author_email in page properties tab Meta

Good morning folks,

after having updated to some revision of the 4.2 branch from SVN, I am 
missing the fields author and author_email in my page properties. When 
Advanced was still available, they were located under 'Metadata'.
Were they removed by accident or did it happen by purpose? If they were 
simply forgotten, then I would create a BT entry.
