[TYPO3-dev] generated icons

Hey Ben,

this is what I know:

There was this option in the installer "noIconProc" that was on by 
default. Therefore we needed to provide icons for every state. As it 
looks like most installations can deal with this now, we decided in Sep 
07 or so to turn this option off by default for all new installations 
since 4.2. So usually we only need one icon.

BTW: I turned it on in my other installations as well now that I know 
about this option and what it means :)
