Yes. And sometimes I want ma pageTS settings to affect also "real" TS 
(sys_template).

No. Page should override. Even as an admin I want to see only those 
features that are defined for a branch.

I think there is now such a feature, but the docs aren't good enough. 
You can either set in userTS all pageTS or vice versa.

But that's the crux. The current distribution is confusing. That's all ;-)

You can do that already, though via userTS.

I think you can that too. There is a pageTS config which allows you to 
define a certain set of TCA settings. "required" is one of them (or 
should be one of them).
