[TYPO3-dev] can't install extensions

Finally found it!

it was a combined issue.
at first i had a corrupted localconf.php
but now its an issue with eaccelerator... it is caching the included php 
files and so typo3 didnt notice when the localconf.php was updated...

i felt it was a caching issue, but i disabled all http caching. i'l have 
to see how to reconfigure eaccelarator so it doesnt cache localconf.php
