[TYPO3-dev] can't install extensions

hi bernd

this worked temporarilly, i could install ve_guestbook, then i had some 
issue with rtehtmlarea, basically 4.1.5 uses it at system level and 
before it was local, so i had to remove it, which i could do, but now i 
cannot install the system extension.. si have no rte... localconf seems 
to be ok (all settings that should be there, are there) the db is also 
updated... this is really hard to understand for me...

are there any localconf.php cleaning scripts?
