[TYPO3-dev] What features from roadmap/wiki will make it in 4.2?

As far as I remember we've got two kingdoms (4.x and 5.x) and a new king for
each of them ...

Why not go to "TYPO3 2008 based on 4.2 technology" instead?
And after that we don't go on with versions but service packs.
There are rumors that this was a successful marketing concept of a well
known global player ...
