[TYPO3-dev] Shortcuts-menu does not work as documented

Hi guys,

I am trying to rename and to deactivate some groups in the shortcut-menu 
according to the docu:
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/references/doc_core_tsconfig/4.1.0/view/1/2/

I put the following code in the Group-TSConfig-field:
options.shortcutGroups {
  1=1
   2=Datensätze
  3=0
  4=0
}

But that does nothing.
Is changing the groups no longer possible?
