The label is also ungrammatical... Saying "clear all cache" makes it
sound like 'cache' is a non-count noun like 'wood'. Any of:

* clear cache
* clear all caches [sounds odd...]
* clear the cache

...or the old

* clear FE cache

...or Dmitry's

* clear system cache

...is better with respect to grammar.
