if  possible make a debug on
t3lib_div::debug($GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['BE']['XCLASS']);
 to see if any extension xclasses something.
(you can do it in extTables.php)

Deinstall this extension and try again.

btw - it works fine for me (in all Browsers) without the upload-bug in 
windows.
