[TYPO3-dev] Problem with 4.2.0RC1

Problem in tt_news?
I think that the problem relates with tt_news because it doesn't set 
correct parameters. Endeed t3lib_div::implodeArrayForUrl()
could have some array function check and if not given array, it would 
simple do nothing.
