[TYPO3-dev] Locallang charsets management

Hello developers,

the locallang charset management is, from my point of view, a bit too
complex and too performance consuming due to some old core classes.
I did make a proposition on the bugtracker :
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=6233, but it does not seem to have a great
success...

So, what do you think about it ? Thanks :)
