it's a gentoo system and may be it's the built of the 5.2.4pre package.
We switched back to 5.1.6 for the moment where the site runs without 
problems.

I did these checks all, everything was ok from settings. Seeing same site 
with 5.1.6 without any problem shows that the problem must be php.

The frustrating thing of this time eating search for the errors is that the 
errors are no "real" errors because some strange behavior.
