[TYPO3-dev] set_no_cache is bad. What's next?

- Explain how to identify non-cached websites. Currently this can be done
  easily using the admin panel ("Info" module). In future, I would instead
  like to collect those plugin parts using t3lib_div::devLog().

I suggest to collect more ideas to improve the caching using our bugtracker
and adding a comment "keyword:cache" like I have done here:
