[TYPO3-dev] set_no_cache is bad. What's next?

You could specifiy the pages that need to be flushed by TypoScirpt
settings. That would be the first step. 

You still would flush all detail pages by this, wich is bad if you have
50.000 entries. So best program an algorithm that only flushes the detail
page with the the matching uid.
