[TYPO3-dev] DAM: bug or feuture: replace file

DAM version 1.0.100
When replacing a file the title gets altered.
I would expect that it keeps unchanged as description, keywords, etc.

So my question is if this a configurable feature, regular behaviour or 
just a plain bug?
