[TYPO3-dev] Bug 1039 - Why T3 has that few success in asia!!!

utf8 works fine with Typo3, but not in phpMyAdmin. As phpMyAdmin is a only
tool for developpers, this is not a real problem

The database default storage is determined by the mysql configuration, not
by Typo3
