To make easier to translate, I propose creating an extension which 
simply is a term dictionary database.
There are english terms such as 'record', 'item' and 'parent' which can 
be hard to translate in some languages. And there is also new TYPO3 
terms such as 'Workspace' which might not always be easy translate.
The translational tool(llxmltranslate or whatever) should be able to use 
this dictionary to suggest what words to use when tranlating (perhaps 
through the use of AJAX).
This way it's easier to keep a uniformity of the different terms, 
instead of having several different words for the same term in different 
languages.

Just a suggestion.
