[TYPO3-dev] TMailform gets new maintainer

Just fyi,

Due to lack of time and the resulting bad conscience, I've made the 
decision to hand over TMailform to ensure the project's further 
development.

Sebastian Busch will continue developing the extension - hopefully a bit 
faster than I was able to ;)

Thanks to all the people who brought the their bright ideas, bugreports 
and patches into the project.
