[TYPO3-dev] Typo3 cluster for High-volume sites

Good afternoon,

I am not sure if this is the correct list for this question, but I am
wondering what support Typo3 has for a clustered environment for a high
volume site.

In particular, having already done a search (with most of the
information seeming to be in German), where can I find more information
about a Typo3 cluster.
