Not if HTTP caching is exclusively allowed for your own proxies in front
of the T3 installation.
These proxies themself are addressed for any request to your site and
thus will log all requests. This will even take load from your T3 host,
because you are able to control the logging and for example pipe it to a
dedicated logging host - unless you don't need live tracking of access
logs within your T3 box.
