If you click on a bottom part of a long page tree then
the popup window appears at the top and you have to scroll to see it.

If you have a very large page tree and click on the bottom of it, then
the popup menu appears on the top of the tree. You have to scroll up to
see it.

This bug however has nothing to do with the latest change. It has been
present since 05.12.06 . It has been in TYPO 4.1.beta2 as well.
