[TYPO3-dev] TV: Links in FCEs are not registered as "references"

One remark: I am not sure if it is FCE-related or generic RTE problem. 
Anyone who does not use FCE, can you confirm that links in RTE do not 
get typo3 references?

Yes, I think links to local files from RTE should get into references.
