[TYPO3-dev] Topapps of Typo3 4.1 as a new User > Setup option

Hi

I made to tm_shared_lib
plugin 'topapps' of Typo3 4.1 as a new User > Setup option
Just select it as new alternative and that's it!

This would be nice solution as default.
