[TYPO3-dev] Warning installing extension

skin_grey_2 gives
this warning
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in 
/usr/local/typo3/src4/typo3_src-4.0.4/typo3/mod/tools/em/class.em_index.php 
on line 4027

Presumably relates with
ext_emconf.php

what in general cause them
The file doesn't use multilevel arrays,
but older practise, which list just individual
items of single-level array

	'dependencies' => '',
	'conflicts' => '',

uploading file has been added
'constraints' => 'Array',

that should be array and that cause the error message.

Why add that if that cause error?
