[TYPO3-dev] How do I generate the p tags in an RTE-Field?

Hi geeks and freaks ;-),

 

I am currently working on my first TYPO3-Extension.

 

There are RTE fields in some of my tables which I want to be displayed in
the frontend. This basically works of course but there are no p tags at all.
I mean the <p class=”bodytext”> ones. Is there any HTML parser function
within the TYPO3 API to add the tags?
