Does this "big new solution" have a low priority?
I think that being able to translate/localize extensions easily is very 
important to get TYPO3 spread out even more.

I fear that many people around the world translate just what they need 
and don't bother sharing their transled work because it's not very easy 
and it's not very transparent what to do...
