We had that before and you have been told that this is not possible with 
the current page cache design. Please stop repeating this again and again.

If you really want to help study the current code and provide a new design 
that allows this.

PS: the point is that TYPO3 stores complete pages not TS object (USER_INTs 
are stored as serialized PHP objects).
