with TinyMCEStyles enables tinrte + skin work together so that
editor looks likes really belong to the entire BE interface.
All pop-up windows use Windows XP style tabs and all other tabs
are also Windows XP style, when the result as consistent as possible.

ok. The behavior typo3link should be fixed - you could look at
implemantation of HMTLAREA and try to find, what is different
and what could be the correct fix.

the site uses CSS Styled Content with Typo3 3.8.1
